Profile

Lok is developing a broad civil and commercial practice, with experience in arbitration, company and insolvency matters, building management matters, and disputes involving listed companies and listed securities.  He also advised and appeared in urgent applications for injunctive reliefs.

Aside from his civil practice, Lok regularly acts for the Department of Justice as fiat counsel.

He is fluent in Mandarin, and is capable of conducting hearings and providing written submissions in English and Chinese.
