On 28 July 2023, Frederick Chan and Dexter Leung were invited by Anthony Siu & Co to deliver a CPD seminar on the topic of HKIAC commercial arbitrations in Chinese (香港國際仲裁中心的中文民商事仲裁).
Frederick and Dexter shared their practical experience and tips from conducting HKIAC commercial arbitrations in Chinese, and also covered a number of topical issues (such as third-party funding and the recent judgment of the Court of Final Appeal in C v D [2023] HKCFA 16).
