Frederick Chan and Dexter Leung deliver a CPD seminar on HKIAC commercial arbitrations in Chinese at Anthony Siu & Co.

On 28 July 2023, Frederick Chan and Dexter Leung were invited to deliver a CPD seminar in Putonghua at Anthony Siu & Co. on the topic of HKIAC commercial arbitrations in Chinese (香港國際仲裁中心的中文民商事仲裁). After providing an overview of procedural steps and requirements under the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609) and the 2018 HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules, Frederick and Dexter shared their practical experience and tips from conducting HKIAC commercial arbitrations in Chinese, and also covered a number of topical issues (such as third-party funding and the recent judgment of the Court of Final Appeal in C v D [2023] HKCFA 16).
