Parkside’s Jonathan Ah-Weng, as a member of the Executive Committee for the International Arbitration Training Council (IATC), coordinated the 4th IATC Conference (8-9 April 2024, Murray Hotel), which was entitled “Advocacy in Arbitration: Bridging Borders – Enhancing the Rule of Law.”
An esteemed cohort of speakers converged from private practice and the judiciary, both locally and internationally, to present a series of illuminating talks on the practical aspects of international arbitration – from cross border arbitration issues, expert hot-tubbing, to the latest trends in PRC arbitration.
