On 11 August 2023, Ernest Ng and Jeremy Yau shared their experience and insights on Injunction and Asset Recovery at a CPD seminar at Anthony Siu & Co.

 

The seminar discussed the distinction between different injunction applications and orders, the tracing exercise and big issues on material non-disclosure. A further discussion on obtaining judgement and various orders were thoughtfully explained with practical cases.
