Parkside is delighted to announce that our head of chambers, Mr Paul Lam SC has been appointed Secretary for Justice in the sixth-term HKSAR Government.
Paul has been with Parkside since being called to the Bar in 1992 and was appointed to the Inner Bar in 2013. He was Chairman of the Bar Association in 2017 and became head of this set of chambers in 2018.
Parkside is immensely proud of what Paul has achieved and expresses our gratitude to Paul for his dedication to chambers over the past 3 decades and his leadership since 2018. We wish him every success in his new role with the Department of Justice.
